T&Cs for our tenant cleaning service. Thay only apply to this service.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Full balance must be paid before any cleaning in carried out.
The landlord/letting agent can change or replace anything before or after cleaning.
We are unable to give refunds after the clean has been carried out.
If any of the work carried out is not exceptable we will re-visit and if nesessary re-clean what is at fault.
In some cases we need to start cleans very early 05.30 am.
If your not renting off any of the letting agents or landlords we are the cleaning contractor for, we can not gaurantee that thay will not instruct their own cleaning contractor, to amend anything thay see unfit and still charge you for it.
Payment by cheque must clear in time of cleaning of the property.
The house must be empty when cleaning is being done, unless agreed with us.
The property must have power/water/light.
Any complaint must be made within 3 days of cleaning.
If you would like to see the property after the clean has been done we would be more than happy to meet you there at a time that sutes you. This only applies to property in leicester, if you would like to view outside of leicester, we may only be able to show on the day of cleaning.
